The Process

Discovery & Requirement Gathering

We began by collaborating with LMCC to understand their vision for a mobile solution. Through detailed discussions, we identified key challenges in compliance monitoring and enforcement, as well as the essential functionalities required to streamline field operations effectively.

Research & Ideation

Our team conducted extensive research on industry trends, compliance tools, and user behavior. This groundwork enabled us to conceptualize a custom mobile application designed for use directly on job sites, complemented by a web-based platform that seamlessly connects field activity with office operations.

Design & Prototyping

We designed an intuitive mobile interface tailored to LMCC’s field operations. Prototypes were developed to visualize functionality, and iterative feedback was incorporated at every stage to ensure alignment with operational goals and user expectations.

Development & Testing

Leveraging advanced technologies like React Native and AWS, we built a robust mobile application for both iOS and Android, along with a web-based platform. Rigorous testing ensured reliability, usability, and performance in real-world field conditions. The entire development process was completed within six months.

Deployment & Ongoing Support

Once the application was ready, we facilitated a seamless rollout with comprehensive training for LMCC teams. Post-launch, we provided continuous support, updates, and enhancements to ensure the system remains scalable and aligned with LMCC’s evolving needs.
